Belle Fare Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Belle Fare reserves the right to terminate the rewards program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of accumulated points and the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the rewards program. Belle Fare reserves the right to limit, delete or change any of the rules, terms, conditions, and benefits of the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Belle Fare, whose decision will be final. Belle Fare has the right to close your Points Account for any reason.

Accumulating Points: Once enrolled in the rewards program, you accumulate points based on your net purchases of eligible Items. All activity on an account, no matter who enters into the transaction, will be treated as activity of the member. 

Calculation of Points Value: The amount of your net purchase of eligible items at Belle Fare Shop is multiplied by the number of points applicable to the form of payment you used and is added to your points balance.  The accumulated points is added to your points balance at the completion of a transaction. Returns and other adjustments, such as a price adjustment, may reduce or eliminate your points balance. 

When you return a purchase, the same calculation is used to determine the number of points that will be removed from your points balance. If we deactivate your account due to abuse or manipulation of the rewards program, membership in the program will terminate immediately and your points balance and any value remaining on an issued reward will be forfeited.
